Well, it’s January 1st and I couldn’t wait to run the numbers on Condominium Sales at the Lake of the Ozarks to see what happened.  As I thought, the sales figures for the entire MLS were down, but surprisingly, our own RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks condo sales numbers were up dramatically.  Here’s the damage:

The news that the dollar volume was off 8.6% or 18 million dollars was surprising to me.  I’ll break these numbers down further into new construction versus resale condominiums, as well as by 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms.
