Lake of the Ozarks Condominium prices continue to rise in March
Prcies of Lake Condos continued to rise in march 2007 over the same period in 2006. The number of sales was down drastically, but that can be traced back to very inclimate weather in December and early January, when showings were simply not possible. Closings typically take 30 to 60 days, so this should be the month the number of sales would show a decrease.

Our company sold $3,257,850 worth of condos working for buyers, and $2,288,000 in listings sold. RE/MAX is again leading the way in Condominiums sold in 2007.
