Lake of the Ozarks develoment: Riva D'Lago

The Compass Group, headquartered in London with offices in New York will be the operator of the world class, 306 room 5-star hotel and resort.   The architecural firm will be Loebl Schlossman and Hackl of Chicago, who is recogized for their design of Chicago’s Water Tower Palce, site of the Ritz Carlton.

The project must pass the Camden County P&Z due to the rather interesting desicion that the County has made that anything zoned B-2 has to come before the board for approval. 

If it passes, it will be located at the 19 milemarker on Shawnee Bend.  This is the second world class development that announced it wil be coming to the Lake of the Ozarks, in March John Q Hammonds made it official that he would build a 15 story, 320 room hotel in Osage Beach.
