What is going on with Condo sales at the Lake of the Ozarks?

As this chart shows, August 2008 was a slow month for condo sales,  but the average price is increasing for the month of September, and hopefully we’ll see a big number for closings, since most closings happen towards the end of the month.    The average price is going back up for September as well.   Days on Market (DOM) is still way to high,but that is just the way it’s going to be for a while in this market.
