Porto Cima New Construction Sales

Porto Cima at the Lake of the Ozarks saw 16 new construction homes sell in 2006 and in January of 2007.  The sales range from $750,000 to $2,310,000 and a total dollar volume of over $23,000,000.  Here is more info on these new home home sales:

The price per sq foot of $277 is only going to increase in my opinion because as I show the prices here, the land value is calculated in the price per square foot.  To buy a waterfont lot in Porto Cima right now, you are looking at spending a minimum of $300,000 to buy a lot, that number probably goes to $400,000 if you desire a cove location.  Here’s the current inventory of lots - this will be changing by the minute, of e-mail me for verification and availablitiy of these lots.
