John Garrett is the Broker/Manager for RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks, a powerful real estate company in the State of Missouri, selling over 300 million dollars in real estate in 2006.  Located in Osage Beach Missouri, RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks is strategically based in Hwy 54 where Osage Beach and Lake Ozark meet, and the RE/MAX campus now has agents in 4 different buildings, with over 90 top producing Lake of the Ozarks agents and realtors. 

John Garrett serves as the Broker/Manager and is the Designated Realtor for RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks.  Since John has taken over the management of the company, he has supervised over three quarters of a billion dollars in real estate closings for RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks, and plans to oversee his one billionth dollar in supervised closings in the Summer of 2007.  That’s billion with a "B"!  John received the "Broker/Manager" of the year award from RE/MAX for the State of Missouri in 2006, and has played a prominent role in his local Board of Realtors, serving as President in 2002.
