RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks sales were still up over same time last year!  The amazing part of that is we are ahead of last years record numbers despite the unusually harsh weather that hit us in December and January.  While the number of sales were down somewhat, sales volume was up 5% year to date over Jan-March of 2006.   Our sales volume at the end of March was $55,802,290 with 215 sales, with an average sales price of $259,545.

This, like all of the sales numbers we keep seeing point to a slight seller’s market and rising prices for the Lake of the Ozarks. If you are a owner at the Lake, things look great!  If you are thinking of buying at the Lake of the Ozarks, I’d make the call today to get started 573-302-2320.  It’s not going to soften or get any cheaper by waiting!
