RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks real estate sales were up 2% year to date in February – that was with the weather not cooperating to the point the Governor had our local counties around the Lake declared a disaster for Federal Assistance due to the unusually harsh winter weather.  The sales were up over a very strong February 2006, and so far RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks is on pace for another record year with 30 million dollars closed YTD.  With the busy months of the seaosn coming our way, expect another strong year for real estate at the Lake of the ozarks.
