The big snowstorm and Lake of the Ozarks real estate prices

Don’t let the recent snowstorm that did damage in the hundered of millions of dollars worry you about the Lake of the Ozarks boating season.  Only 20 boats remain underwater as of January 1st, and those are being brought up as soon as the insurance/responsibility issues are straightened out.   The big marinas will have docks for your use, and only one significant gas spill was noted by the EPA according to a local radio station, and it was quickly cleaned up.

The Lake is open for business right now, and there will be little to remind us of this event on Memorial Day, other than a few boats that will not have windshields by then.
