The Hamptons Condominium in Osage Beach. Finally, but worth the wait! Weather really hampered the crucial phase of construction on the Hamptons, but now it is under roof and things are looking great. We knew the location would be fantastic, but the views are even better than we hoped. These units are ideal because the base units are loaded with stainless appliances, granite, 10 foot ceilings, no shared walls, 42″ plasma TVs above fireplace, tile showers (yes, that is an upgrade, most complexes don’t offer this), 80 gallon water heaters, - the list is extensive. The complex itself will have two infinity edge pools, elevators, clubhouse, and a great location. Three floorplans to chose from!
