The Villages had 14 sales of waterfront home new construction in 2006. The prices showed a rather large increase from 2004, and the price of the lots in this area are skyrocketing.

The few lots for sale in The Villages are all very nice, and while they appear pricey, one has to wonder where these prices are going?
